Please read the following points before shopping with us. These policies are subject to change without notice and are the buyer’s responsibility to adhere to. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

ORDERING

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Special and pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. Please note that we offer ship date estimates for pre-ordered merchandise of 2-8 weeks.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and special or pre-ordered items, we will notify you if separate deliveries are available.

CANCELLATIONS

An order may only be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been submitted.

Special orders CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstance after an order is placed and cannot be returned.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION METHODS

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you

If address verification is needed, we will email you with the request. An example of further identification may be a driver's license (please block out any confidential information, like a driver's license number). We also may request address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

PROMOTIONAL CODES:

Promotional Codes cannot be applied to previous orders and sale items.
Only one promotional code can be applied per order.
Excluded in promotions are:  Muehleder, Holt, Pena Lush, NSA, Limpasse, Visceglia , Ximena Valero, Debbie Carroll

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Please note: All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary from product to product. Please allow 14 days for your order to ship to you, even when requesting faster deliveries. To expedite deliveries please contact us at Info@reveboutique.com

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  1. USPS or UPS Standard Ground $11.00 (Free shipping on orders over $250) - Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.
  2. USPS or UPS 2nd Day $30.00 - Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
  3. USPS or UPS Next Day Air $49.00 - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing. Note: Orders for in-stock items made after 12pm (EST) may not be shipped out the same day.
  4. UPS Next Day 10:30AM $60.00 - Deliveries guaranteed by 10:30AM next day
  5. UPS Next Day 8:30AM $70.00 - Deliveries guaranteed by 8:30AM next day

We offer International shipping-  All International deliveries are $65 for Australia, Canada, and UK. All other countries are $100.

Please note:
We are not obligated to ship out orders on Fridays.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

RETURN INFORMATION POLICIES

Please note: Refunds are not allowed.

ReveBoutique.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice, within 14 days of receipt. In exchange, we will provide you with an online store credit, minus shipping costs, that will be valid for 1 year.

ReveBoutique.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Reve Boutique reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Please do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise received after 14 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you.  

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Shipping errors received after the 14 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order can be found in the email confirmation of your order or by logging into your account.

STORE CREDIT

A customer will be issued an online credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on ReveBoutique.com. A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders.

Please note: Store credits are only valid on our website, not at the Reve New York store located in Englewood, NJ.

You must still provide credit card information and we will only charge your credit card if there is an insufficient store credit at the time we process your transaction.

GIFT RETURNS

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on ReveBoutique.com, you may exchange the merchandise for a different size or for a Reve Boutique store credit. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact Reve Boutique Customer Service.
